Perfect not only for pizza, but also calzones, flatbreads, doughballs for dipping, and even sweet pizettes. The only thing left to decide is… your toppings!

If you’re not using your dough straight away, store it immediately in a freezer, at -18 degrees.
If the dough has softened slightly, store it in the freezer as soon as possible.
If you’re using it within 24 hours, store in a cool place, as it will continue to thaw and rise, even in the fridge.
Leave some time for your dough to come to room temperature before shaping, as it’ll both stretch more easily, and cook more evenly.
Once thawed, use within 48 hours.
