Inside this box, you’ll find 24 frozen dough balls, ready to thaw, shape, top, and bake into the ultimate homemade pizza. They’re ideal for every kind of oven — pizza ovens, alfresco ovens, or your kitchen oven at home. It also includes FREE semolina flour to help stop the dough sticking to your work surface, when you’re preparing the pizzas.

If you’re not using your dough straight away, store it immediately in a freezer, at -18 degrees.
If the dough has softened slightly, store it in the freezer as soon as possible.
If you’re using it within 24 hours, store in a cool place, as it will continue to thaw and rise, even in the fridge.
Leave some time for your dough to come to room temperature before shaping, as it’ll both stretch more easily, and cook more evenly.
Once thawed, use within 48 hours.
