Refund and Returns Policy
North Pizza will endeavour to either refund the customer the full product price or provide replacement goods if the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, providing North Pizza is notified of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and for reasons that North Pizza has control over.
Please be aware during the delivery process, we use a 3rd party courier who also have set guidelines for distribution. Its also natural for our dough to be partially defrosted on arrival when the distribution company deliver the goods. Please get in touch at info@northpizza.co.uk should you be unhappy with your purchase.
These items are not entitled to the typical 14-day cooling off period provided under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 for distance sales. Please be aware of this before purchasing these items, as the Products are considered to be perishable, you will not be entitled to return them if you change your mind.
