Your dough will be delivered by courier, packed in insulated packaging with frozen blocks to help keep it cool. As the parcel contains perishable food, it will be handed to you at the door, or, if you’re not at home, left in a safe place.

If you’re not using your dough straight away, store it immediately in a freezer, at -18 degrees.

If the dough has softened slightly, store it in the freezer as soon as possible.

If you’re using it within 24 hours, store in a cool place, as it will continue to thaw and rise, even in the fridge.

Leave some time for your dough to come to room temperature before shaping, as it’ll both stretch more easily, and cook more evenly.

Once thawed, use within 48 hours.

Once frozen, your dough stores for up to 12 months
